  • Be a restaurant, retail store or personal-care business
  • Operate from a commercial storefront in NJ
  • Be an applicable SBA small-business size
  • Provide a current NJ Business Assistance or Incentive Clearance Certificate
  • Serve customers directly; Wholesale-only and B2B businesses are not eligible
